Stacy Lynn Vaglivielo
Stacy Lynn Vaglivielo is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and owner of Florida East Coast Appraisers, LLC in Vero Beach, Florida. Covering property appraisals in Indian River and Brevard Counties for more than 7 years, Stacy has experience in all types of residences including single family homes, townhouses, vacant land, condominiums, and duplexes. Stacy is FHA approved.
In addition to her licenses and certificates in residential appraisal, Stacy also has an A.S. degree in Legal Assisting from Indian River Community College in Fort Pierce, Florida. Paralegal courses in real estate and property law, corporate and business law, federal estate and gift tax law, survey of law, family law, and civil litigation contribute to her knowledge and skill in residential appraisals.
Before becoming co-owner and subsequently owner of Florida East Coast Appraisers, LLC, Stacy was vice president of Appraisers Alliance, Inc. and a staff appraiser for Vero Beach Appraisers.
Prior to her career as a certified residential appraiser, Stacy was a teacher for the Indian River County School District for six years. Stacy holds a B.A. in Education from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Stacy also holds an A.A. Degree from Indian River Community College in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Originally a New Jersey girl, Stacy has been a resident of Vero Beach since 1980 and attended elementary, middle, and high school in Vero Beach. She lives with her husband and two children. In her leisure time, Stacy enjoys watching her children play sports, volunteering at local schools, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
